Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the marketing, sales, and business development of the startup
- Lead B2B sales of innovative robotics & AI technologies in German manufacturing industries by conducting customer prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, product pitching, sales negotiation, and other sales activities as needed
- Set the strategic business directions of the startup based on customer feedback and industry insights
- Lead the hiring and training of the business development team
Desired skills
The candidate needs to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in business development or sales of industrial products in the German manufacturing industries, ideally robotics or automation
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
- Deep passion to work in a fast-paced robotics & AI startup and a desire to reshape the German manufacturing industry
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or related fie
